Zio Carlo rebranded as Chimera Brewing
Fort Worth’s Zio Carlo Magnolia Brew Pub has renamed and rebranded itself as Chimera Brewing Company. The move comes after the departure of brewer Austin Jones and a desire for a fresh image and identity for the brewpub after several difficult years in business.
Jones leaves Zio Carlo Magnolia Brew Pub
Head brewer Austin Jones left Zio Carlo Magnolia Brew Pub in December after two years to pursue further personal projects. Brewing duties have been taken up by founder Carlo Galotto, manager Adam Gonzales and their staff.
