Van Gilder joins Texas Ale Project
Dallas’ Texas Ale Project hired Jason van Gilder as their new lead brewer in February, replacing original brewer Jan Matysiak. Van Gilder brings several years of local experience to the position with brewing duties at both Rahr & Sons Brewing and Lakewood Brewing within the past decade.
Correction: Jason van Gilder omitted
On page 114, Jason van Gilder’s name is omitted from the list of Rahr & Sons brewers. Van Gilder was employed at Rahr & Sons Brewing during 2008-2009, and was also employed at Lakewood Brewing as lead brewer from 2012-2014.
