Boozie’s Brewery & Texas Fare opens

Boozie’s Brewery & Texas Fare opened this week in Fairview, a second location of their Fort Worth-based restaurant concept.

This Collin County location will feature more traditional fast-casual dining than their first, Boozie’s Brewery & Gourmet Sandwiches (formerly Wild Acre Camp Bowie), including in-house brewing operations.

The Fairview site was already under development as a Wild Acre Brewing expansion when they were acquired by Dallas’ Bishop Cider in May 2022.
