
Boozie’s Brewery & Gourmet Sandwiches opened their first Fort Worth restaurant this week, taking over the former Wild Acre Camp Bowie location.
Boozie’s Brewery will feature a full-service restaurant led by local chef David Hollister, who worked previously in the Wild Acre kitchen. An in-house brewing program is being built and implemented by Bobby Mullins, formerly of Armadillo Ale Works.
A second location is already under development in Fairview, taking over another planned Wild Acre site that was acquired when Dallas’ Bishop Cider purchased Wild Acre Brewing.
