Deep Ellum Funkytown Fermatorium opens

Funkytown Fermentorium
After licensing delays due to the recent federal shutdown, Deep Ellum Brewing opened their first venture outside of Dallas, a branded taproom in Fort Worth named the Funkytown Fermatorium.

The Fermatorium’s location just off the popular West 7th Street is associated with Deep Ellum Brewing but will brew the Dallas brewery’s products locally, as well as featuring many beers unique to this Fort Worth site. It will also include a full kitchen featuring wood-fired pizzas.
