Celestial Beerworks opened this past weekend in Dallas’ Medical District. The brewery is a venture of Matt Reynolds, formerly brewer at Malai Kitchen in Dallas. Reynolds is a former mechanical engineer and a graduate of the American Brewers Guild program.
Cowtown Brewing opens
Cowtown Brewing Company opened this past weekend on East Belknap Street, close to Fort Worth’s historic downtown. The location will operate as a brewpub taproom with eventual plans to offer a full barbecue menu.
