Dirty Job Brewing opened this week as the first brewery in Mansfield. Located in the middle of the historic downtown district, the brewery is a venture of brewer and owner Derek Hubenak (formerly of Rahr & Sons Brewing), his wife Lashawn Hubenak and associate Justin Watson.
Steam Theory Brewing opens
Steam Theory Brewing Company opened this week in commercial space directly across from Dallas’ Trinity Groves restaurant incubator.
