The Manhattan Project Beer Company opens
The Manhattan Project Beer Company opened this past week, sharing brewery resources with Bitter Sisters Brewing in Addison. The brewery is a venture of homebrewers Karl and Misty Sanford and their partner Jeremy Brodt, sharing an alternating proprietorship with Bitter Sisters Brewing while they plan and develop their own Dallas facility.
