MillerCoors acquires Revolver Brewing

Tenth and Blake Beer Companyhldj8kqk, a craft and imported beer division of the MillerCoors distribution network, has acquired a majority interest in Granbury’s Revolver Brewing. The Revolver brand will become part of a portfolio of craft beers that includes Blue Moon, Pilsner Urquell, Leinenkugel and Terrapin.

“This partnership will allow us to maintain our brewery and operations in Granbury, while providing us with the additional resources to invest in and accelerate the growth of the Revolver brand in Texas,” said Rhett Keisler via press release.

Revolver Brewing was founded in 2012 by Ron and Rhett Keisler with senior brewer Grant Wood, formerly of Boston Beer Company (Samuel Adams), and will operate as a separate business unit of Tenth and Blake. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
