Malai Kitchen opens second location in Southlake
Dallas’ Malai Kitchen opened their second location this weekend in Southlake. While the original West Village location presented limitations on space, the new Southlake location provides additional room for an expanded brewhouse to grow their in-house brewing program.
Backcountry Brewery opens Rowlett location
Colorado’s Backcountry Brewery opened their second brewing site and first out-of-state location in Rowlett this weekend. Based out of Frisco, Colorado, owners and brothers Charlie and Joe Eazor purchased the old FireWheel Brewing equipment and took over their existing lease in a plan to increase their own brewery’s overall capacity.
