Reds Roadhouse added brewpub operations to their facilities in Kennedale this month with the debut of their house-brewed beers last weekend. The brewing duties are handled by first-time brewer Lyle Valentich. Reds Roadhouse opened in May 2012 as a restaurant, bar and live music venue with a Texas roadhouse theme.
Small Brewpub opened this week in Dallas’ Oak Cliff neighborhood. Founder and head brewer Aaron Garcia has paired with Misti Norris, formerly of FT33, for a seasonally inspired menu with a mix of house-brewed and commercial craft beers and cocktails.
